The House System

Children at Elliott Park are allocated to one of the three 'House' teams: Emerald, Ruby or Sapphire. Siblings are placed in the same team. House points are awarded to individuals for academic, social, musical and sporting effort, and the team with most points at the end of the academic year is awarded the House shield at the annual prize giving ceremony. House assemblies form part of our PSHE weekly timetable. Praise is given to those children in receipt of accumulated House points at our whole school assemblies and individual certificates are awarded.
